Vegetation Management

Shorelines of ponds and lakes can rapidly become overgrown with cattails, trees, reeds, and other nuisance or invasive species. We offer treatment and removal services to restore the aesthetic views and habitats of your water feature.
Conversely, there are numerous benefits to having native plants buffer shorelines and wetland plants growing throughout shallow areas. A native vegetative buffer around your pond will filter our incoming nutrients from runoff, stabilize shorelines from erosion, and provide excellent habitat for wildlife. Similarly, wetland plants in the water help to minimize erosion, provide valuable habitat, and take up nutrients and space in shallow areas where algae would grow otherwise.  We can install the right plants that will keep your pond's ecosystem healthy and diverse.
